Post Natal and Mums & Baby Classes
Postnatal Pilates is a specialised form of Pilates designed for women after childbirth (at least 6 weeks after natural birth / 8 weeks after c-section). It focuses on helping new mothers recover physically and regain strength, flexibility and stability. Key benefits and goals include:

Core Strength: Rebuilding and strengthening the abdominal muscles, including the deep core muscles that may have been weakened during pregnancy and childbirth.

Pelvic Floor Recovery: Strengthening the pelvic floor muscles, which can be affected by pregnancy and delivery.

Improving Posture: Addressing postural changes that occur due to pregnancy and helping to alleviate related back and shoulder pain.

Enhancing Flexibility and Balance: Gently stretching and increasing flexibility while improving balance and coordination.

Promoting Overall Well-being: Supporting emotional and physical recovery through gentle, mindful exercise that can also help reduce stress and improve energy levels.
Our Physio-Led Postnatal Pilates is adapted to the needs of new mothers, with a focus on safe, effective exercises that accommodate the body's postpartum changes.
